Incredible service, I loved tasty food.

my room included a safe, an iron, and an electronic key card. the staff were attentive and the location was particularly good. the vibe here was special.

The place was absolutely great, we greatly enjoyed it. Really helpful and fairly friendly stuff who provided an incredible stay. It offered nice service and reasonably priced food too. Easy check-out was useful. We found out best prices in the hotel;))

The studio suite was spotless, the bed was comfortable. The place had a special atmosphere. It was in a perfect location close to restaurants and bars.

The staff - some of them were not very helpful.

A wide range of options, EXCELLENT food. Huge & big room, with climate control, a personal safe and multi-channel television. Unbeatable and particularly good location in Tulum right by fabulous restaurants, the festival, and beach.

The stay was very enjoyable, especially with the access to private pools and a lovely sauna. The room felt cozy and well-equipped. I did notice some accessibility issues when trying to reach local shops and restaurants. It was a charming experience nested among lush greenery.

The hotel was super clean, and I loved the unique Temazcal experience. The private pools on the balconies were a game changer!

great proximity to parks and local eateries for city strolls

I loved the cozy and comfortable room with reliable hot water. Being just 2 km away from Parque Nacional de Tulum and a quick 500-meter walk to Curry by Po Thai Restaurant meant I could easily explore the area and savor local flavors without hassle.

Spacious room, friendly staff, with a private kitchen stocked for convenience including a huge bed, made for a comfortable sleep.

Liked everything.

Delicious breakfast options like eggs, sausages, and pancakes were a highlight, and the staff were pleasant and accommodating. While the hotel boasts several lovely pools, some of the deeper pools were not as well-maintained, and the small child's pool was often crowded. Despite these minor drawbacks, the reliable hot water in my cozy room and the pleasant honey-scented toiletries were nice.

The lush greenery surrounding Waves Tulum By Bnb Experience created a charming and tranquil retreat, offering beautiful views while enjoying the serenity of the pool areas. The spacious rooms provided ease of movement and comfort throughout my stay.

Improved access to nearby attractions would be great.

Group getaway worth it

Loved this place, especially that unique cenote, we spent hours just chillin' by it. The staff were so friendly, always smiling and eager to help.

Wasn't exactly inexpensive, but it was still okay.

Our stay was very nice! The plunge pool was a perfect spot for relaxation, and the breakfast selection was amazing, with everything from eggs to pancakes. We loved the cozy, well-equipped room, though the road conditions weren't as shown in photos.

Great location, just a 10-minute walk from downtown.
